I have worked in home care as an occupational therapist for 23 years. I have been employed by The Care Team for the last 4 years. The Care Team is exactly what the name infers. Everyone is so caring and willing to go the extra mile. As far as employment, I am thoroughly satisfied. The benefits are fantastic, salary is exceptional, and the expectations are very fair. The worst Hospice Company in the greater Lansing Area. Patients are left to die miserably with no relief. The nurse thinks dying humans do not deserve compassion or dignity. We chose this company cause we were told that the nurse had lots of experience and was amazing. We were given Xanax as treatment for anxiety and restlessness, for our parent who was over 80 years old. What an incredible group of caring individuals My Father went into hospice, just after his 94th birthday in January. Congestive heart failure made breathing difficult and we couldn't get oxygen without a script. Dragging Dad to appointment after appointment wasn't getting us any closer to relief. The Care Team had oxygen for us the same day. Our nurse, Amanda was incredible. She and Dad formed an interesting relationship, and he did very well under her care.
