Lovely RNs and PSWs, but unfortunately very disorganized for postoperative care. Despite assurances and calling several times to remind them, they failed to schedule nurses for my postoperative service in advance, then were unable to provide continuity of care as promised. I never saw the nurse who received the postoperative instructions from my surgeon again, and those were never passed on to the other workers and they were unable to perform the care I required.
Phenomenal doesn’t even begin to describe the care and service we have received with the amazing PSW’s at the Care Company. Truly - I cannot recommend their services enough. I would trust anyone in my family with their staff. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you to the team who have gone above and beyond for us 🙏🏼
We’ve had some great nurses from the Care Company- very caring and very skilled! Office team is easy to deal with; they respond promptly to emails/calls and make every effort to accommodate schedule changes.
Very good services; prompt, caring and dependable.
