A good place to live. The building is a little old, no central air and base board heating. The staff ate great though and maintenance issue are fixed quickly. The pool is decent and the views on water side are excellent. Do not think your vehicles are safe because they are in a garage though, you are still in kingston and people do sneak in from time to time. Would be a 5 star for me if the building had a social room for residents to use.

I was here as a visitor with valid documentation for my vehicle yet I was harassed daily by staff and residents for using a visitor's parking spot. I became so concerned that my car would be towed that I was forced to park on the street. Unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional on all accounts. I was disgusted by everyone's behaviour, particularly the Homestead staff. I will never recommend Homestead to anyone.
