Sent an email, received a call the next day. We went over what I was looking for and I was supposed to hear back that evening or the following morning. Nobody called, I tried to follow up with an email and was essentially ghosted.

The "Dream Come True" I had the most incredible experience designing a custom ring with them. From my initial idea, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to bring my vision to life.
