The last 2 times I have used it half the wash is not working.......still being charged full price though. If you sign up for membership there is no way to cancel on the website
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Since being bought out... HORRIBLE!!! Vacuums dont suck. No way to clean your windows. Carwash didnt get my car clean... Horrible place!! ONLY plus... their staff!! FANTASTIC.. helpful... attentive.. wonderful!
There was an issue with my account with the transition from Car Wash Guys to Raindrop and Raindrop customer service was very kind and helpful in getting it resolved.
2nd day this week we’ve tried to turn into the parking lot at 8am and they’re still closed. This place is unreliable.
