They go out of the way to help you, my sales rep Cedrick Armstrong knew I was unable to drive my car to get there so he came and picked me up. They made sure I left with a car I liked that day and towed my old one away. As it stands I recommend anyone to check them out, the staff is friendly and helpful.
I have to say that my experience at The Car Store in Salisbury was great & I love my truck! I made an appointment with Cedric & he was waiting for me when I got there. He was very pleasant, caring & helpful. We talked about where I wanted my payments to be & he made every effort to do so. I would definitely recommend Cedric to anyone who is looking to get a new vehicle!
I recently purchased two cars from the car store it was a great and easy process... My salesman was Cedric he was great I told him what I wanted and that's what I got he didnt pressure me or show me anything else.... Iam 100% satisfied with my truck and car..... Thanks Cedric
Cedric was awesome. Walked in with what I wanted in mind, discussed things with Cedric, figured out some options and was able to meet what I thought was reasonable. Needless to say, I drove off the lot with the car I wanted and am more than pleased with.

Very responsive. John was a big help but I couldn't find the car I wanted in my price range. It just was not available.
I am NOT a fan of car shopping. And we hadn't financed a car in over 15 years - we normally just pay cash. But... a car wasn't really in the budget right now, just had to replace a lemon we bought a few years ago. Our first visit was on Sunday, when they were closed (which we knew in advance) just to look around without having to deal with possible annoying salespeople.
