This is not your average used car lot. Michael was very honest and professional. We had an issue with our vehicle immediately after purchasing and rather than ignore it, as most dealers would, Michael stuck with us until everything was resolved. Based off of our experience, we would highly recommend checking them out.
I’ve got to leave this because it’s been a bit of owning my truck from here, but let’s start with when I FIRST purchased my Ram from here. Almost about a week after purchase, because why would I check this before purchasing in the winter time, that it literally had no A/C and no functioning horn. As well as transmission problems straight off the bat. Within 7 months the transmission already was fully blown out.
