Well it started off good, as most of the reviews say, Tim is a very nice guy, not a pushy salesman. I viewed a 2017 Titan on Car Gurus and called Tim on a Saturday and said I would be there on Monday. He said he would hold it for me, no deposit BS, I lined that, Lanoir is a little over an hour from me. After running the gauntlet of shady dealerships in Spartanburg, decided to trust the reviews here and make the 1 hr 45 min drive to look at a Subaru Outback. Tim was really refreshing to deal with.
