What is happening with this business? I've been calling multiple times for weeks, visited the business, emailed, texted, etc etc but I cannot get ahold of anyone. I just want to get my car paperwork figured out. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience
We paid out of pocket for a used car inspection to be done on a car we were considering purchasing at The Car Hause. After the inspection ($211) was done at the Toyota dealership we went on and purchased the car right away with financing through our bank. After we signed on our auto loan and our bank sent over the documents for them to receive payment, the dealer would not return our messages.
