I had my rear brakes replaced and an oil change done by Zakariya, and the experience was excellent. He was straightforward and honest about what my car needed and gave fair pricing with no surprise charges. The work was done properly and on time. Definitely recommend!
Hakim did an amazing job fixing the rear drum brakes on my car. From the moment I went to him, he was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. This review is a little overdue, but I really wanted to write it because I was very satisfied with my experience at Car Clinic and Hybrid. I have an older 2009 Toyota Prius and was having what I thought were brake issues and got the brakes and rotors replaced. As soon as I explained the problem, the mechanic was able to diagnose it immediately and informed me that the actuator pump needed to be replaced.
