Our house just sold! We appreciated that The Caplener Group brought a ton of knowledge of the neighborhood. Kevin lives in our neighborhood, too, which allowed him to keep an eye on the house and handle any emerging issues after we moved out. We also appreciated his advice on where to spend some money to fix things and where not to. That was SUPER helpful!
