I hope your thanksgiving reservations came through for you…telling a single woman the only place she can sit is at the bar in these torrential rains is not customer service..the streets were flooded up to my hips after I was turned away,…I live and own here…I just wanted food long before the dinner rush and before the imminent floods…I slogged thru that knee/hip high water going home watching all of brickell s customers cars flooding…but a single walking woman couldn’t find shelter and willing and capable of paying 1k for me... read more
It is inappropriate behavior in such a restaurant. I invited 11 people and we ordered the best and most expensive items. My daughter, a 3-year-old girl, played a little between the tables. We were surprised when the hall manager arrived and asked us for the little girl to stop playing immediately, as this is a restaurant and not a game hall. Great place for all occasions, service was impeccable, our server Leonid was very professional, courteous and on point!
I visited recently to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing experience! The front of house staff was extremely helpful and my server- Leo was first class. This was my first time at Capital Grille and he guided me through the menu - and constantly checked in on me to ensure that I was having a great time. I will 100% be back.
Perfect bone in ribeye steak cooked to perfection. It comes hot and flavorful everytime. Trust the meal and restaurant
