Best service, best food in town, and I love how James remembers my little 14month old boy every time we come!! He's always greeting us with a smile and friendly gestures- I couldn't ask for a better place to take my family out for a lovely dinner!! Your entire staff is incredible- and when spending this kind of "Capital" I couldn't think of a better place to enjoy a lovely evening!!!

Update: So The Capital Grille wanted to make up for having my car towed and sent me a gift card. This is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you guys! These guys towed my car last night because I was parked in their vallet spot, although there is a sign that allows free parking during Sunday. I lost $150 + a ticket; you lost a customer and I'll make sure all my friends won't dine at your place. What a great way to ruin someone's weekend...
These people are beyond nice. I ordered a steak and it was cooked exactly as I ordered, but I ordered wrong. I said nothing but they noticed I had only eaten a couple bites. They insisted on replacing it with one I would like better. Not my style, but agreed and in a flash I had a new juicy steak. It was great and then they comped it. I just couldn't do that.
