A very high priced steak house, in a sophisticated restaurant city, can’t prepare a medium-done steak? It came out well-done the first time. We were nice about it, and absolutely, so were they. They prepared a new steak, and offered clam chowder while my wife waited. They new steak appeared after most of the rest of our large party was finished eating, and it was rare! We had dinner here on Valentines Day and it was amazing! Our waiter, Chris W, was so helpful and his recommendations were completely on point. We had steaks and the truffle fries were to die for. We can’t wait to go back!
