Best Filet Mignon I have ever had. Pairing Wine was great too. Solid five star performance

The food and the service were amazing !! I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. My son and I went yesterday for my Birthday and the waiter Fritz was the best!!
Mine and my husbands first time here. Our friends treated us to a fantastic dinner. He had the Halibut and I the Salmon! Delicious! We also had the lobster Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. Our friends ordered steak. He told us to try it! My goodness it just melted in our mouths! We'll be back for the steak! The waitress was great. I believe her name is Princess. She was both professional, informative and sweet.
I am already second time at capital Grille and every time it's amazing experience. We got great service., tips for food and drinks and very right amount of attention. I mean wasn't too annoying like in some other places. Atmosphere is very cozy and smooth light makes it enjoyable and romantic. Now about food. I'm must say I have been to many hi end steakhouses all across the country and this location was the absolute worst example of any hi end steakhouse I've ever been to. While the service was good the meals my wife and I had were about the worst we have encountered. My medium rare filet was barely cooked to rare and my wife's filet ordered medium was as rare as mine.
