I usually go to the Capital Grill in Paramus, NJ. So I expected a good meal. Not to detract from NJ location but the food and Service were over the top that night. Maybe it’s because I had my daughters with me 😀
We called in ad it looked so nice from the street. We required a table for 3 and were told we could eat in the bar area as it was the same menu and there was not table in the restaurant for a while .. big error!!!!. Waited ages to be served the waitress didnt seem to know what was what. Starter arrived and was lovely .. main arrived with no sides.. explained we had no sides and she said she had sorted it. She continued her service elsewhere.... we ate our steak which at $54 wasnt cheap and then when finishing our drinks ....... read more
Absolutely amazing the food was delicious the waitress was awesome first time there and definitely going back great dinner with my family
Really like this place - Great staff, fab food, nice atmosphere. Not cheap but much more affordable than some other steakhouse in the area.
If I could give The Capital Grille more than 5 stars, I would! Everything was perfect, from when I made the reservations until we left with full bellies. Our family had been to this location once, a year ago. I made reservations for this year's trip into the city and asked if it was possible to have the same server (Brianna) and the same table. Delicious meal and excellent service. We had the Thanksgiving dinner and it was very tasty.
I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review simply because of a waiter, but Tim Flaherty was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never been to The Capital Grille before, so maybe he was on par with everyone else, since it seems to be a classier place to eat. But I tell you, Tim was such a gentleman, and was so helpful and respectful to us. I would go back to this specific restaurant just to have him as a waiter again. I hope he sees this. Thank you for a great evening!
