Very Disappointed – No Security and No Communication I am a resident of Anchorage at Miami Lakes, and I recently had a very concerning experience. A few nights ago, I had an emergency in the middle of the night and went looking for the security guard around the condominium — only to realize there was no security at all. While the grounds of the community are well-maintained and reflect the care taken in keeping the neighborhood beautiful, the management's approach leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, when residents raise concerns or seek clarification, the response from the manager, Fannie, is often less than professional.
