I've had the best experience with The Capin Group Management, It’s rare to find an HOA management company in Florida that is so responsive and helpful! Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly go above and beyond to assist in a timely manner. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, efficient, and pleasant. The ONLY reason I am leaving one star is yo be able to write a review. We have been without hot water for the past 2 days. I have been calling and no one answers the after hours phone. Finally today Monday after back to back calls a young lady answers the phone she seemed to be bothered that someone with an emergency was calling. She was very rude and even said well if I get off the phone with you then maybe I can call the plumber. While the grounds of the community are well-maintained and reflect the care taken in keeping the neighborhood beautiful, the management's approach leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, when residents raise concerns or seek clarification, the response from the manager, Fannie, is often less than professional. I have been a property manager and asset manager in multifamily for many years. Not only do they not follow their own outlined rules, but they pick and choose who the rules apply to. They treat renters like second class citizens. I have heard feedback from homeowners who mirror this same sentiment. Fannie is very passive aggressive and speaks to you like you are uneducated and beneath her.
