Living here has been a great experience—clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything you’d want in an apartment community. But what really sets this place apart is the staff, especially Holly at the front desk. She’s always friendly, helpful, and incredibly on top of things. Honestly, if being helpful were an Olympic sport, Holly would have more gold medals than Michael Phelps. My daughter recently graduated college and was ready to move back. We toured The Canyons at Linda Vista trail as it is close to home. Holly at the front office was so sweet, so knowledgeable, and made my daughter feel right at home. She made the experience super easy for us and would recommend this place to others.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst property management, and some of the worst human beings, I’ve ever encountered. I moved into the Canyons at Linda Vista expecting peace and safety for myself and my two kids. And honestly, it was pretty great for the first seven months. But starting in February 2025, I was repeatedly woken at 5:30 a.m. by the vibrations of a neighbor’s vehicle, sometimes left idling for 10 to 15 minutes at a time in the parking lot. I have been a resident here for almost three years, and while there are some positives, I do not recommend this place. Due to the following issues, I will not be renewing my lease. Pros: • Responsive Maintenance: The maintenance staff are friendly and reliable, consistently completing requests within 48 hours. This has been the one consistently positive aspect of living here.
