I lived at the roach infested apartment complex for over a year. While I was a resident, I was a victim of identity theft, possibly from the property manager since you have to pick up your mail from the rental office, rerouted and missing deliveries, they behave like it’s a short term weekly, when it is advertised as an apartment but still recorded with the county as a “hostel”. Been living here several years and in the past it has been hell. But... there has been a new manager for about a half year now (they have had many totally dysfunctional managers in the past) and everything has been changing for the better. Kathy has been attentive, gets things done and cares about the residents having a worthwhile home. She... is the reason I give this review.
