I was in GR for a medical appointment and decided to DoorDash a pick up order afterwards. Took awhile to get there due to construction and not familiar with the area, when I arrived they greeted, and started showing me my order, then asked to see my DoorDash receipt even after I stated the name on the order, highly offended at that( as I work for a very well known financial institution) so I definitely didn't look sketchy or like I was trying to steal someone's food. The food was very good, and the portions were bigger than expected for the price. The atmosphere was nice, especially the flowers. My family will definitely be returning.
Food is delicious. Greens are amazing. Food like Grandma use to make.
The baked chicken is to die for. Juicy, flavorful, baked to perfection! The mashed potatoes and gravy... ugh, so good! Everything was FULL of flavor!! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting some good southern comfort food. 10/10, Candied Yam! The establishment itself was super clean, too. Had napkins and utensils set out and ready to go. Will be returning and will recommend!
