When you get checked in for your appointment make sure that if you pay you get a receipt. There was only 1 month I did not pay because of a lost card. Which I owe 70 but I haven't paid it because there always tacking other bills on it. I owe 70 paid 80 for 2 appointments and now I owe 100. The extra 30 they added on was paid at the appointment. I ask for paper bills now and compare them with my receipt. They say its the new system. But with the older generation they may get scared and confused and pay more than they should b... read more
Good luck getting a bill straightened out. Their online messaging system is a joke and good luck getting a hold of someone in billing.
