Rashida and Violet have helped me big time. Everyone was genuinely nice and polite. Im from Ukraine and blessed to be able to live in work in Canada, and I find this country amazing, but the costs of dental services have made for some truly nightmarish periods of my life here since day one. The person that answers the phone is always rude and not polite and when you ask her information she always seems clueless and not sure what is going on, i mean can we get people that speak and understand english to be the receptionist. I get you all are volunteers but that mean you have compassion ? because if you do not volunteer at all
The staff and doctors where very understanding to my needs and the needs of my kids
