There is a fine line between boutique and dilapidated and I think this hotel has crossed into dilapidation or is very close. I'm still giving it three stars because I like a lot of what this has to offer, but it's just too rustic to get five stars. The staff is nice and it's well decorated visually, but the bedding is not very clean. The main blanket on the bed appears to be decorative and doesn't seem like it's ever been washed.
