Good customer service! Called to see if they were willing to match a deal similar to another camera shop in Grand Rapids. They did so and more, so my sister walked out with her first DSLR, memory card, and bag. It's hard to expect local businesses to compete with online stores but in this instance their deal was as good as any other and I prefer to buy local. She'll be back when she outgrows the kit lens!
I now buy all my lenses and camera body's from here. The customer service is far beyond excellent. I live in Grand Rapids and make the drive because they do not rush you, give subpar service, try to up sell or pressure you into buying something to make a sale like other camera stores in Grand Rapids.
Thanks for getting my D500 a lot sooner than I had expected, I plan on visiting the store more often for your help!
Amazing store, prefer it way more than radium in downtown Muskegon. I've been to both places as a local photographer and consumer and would much rather give my business to these guys! The staff is awesome here at the camera shop. They're helpful, friendly and REALLY know what they're doing.
