The Cambridge Company and owner of the rental I rented has been one of the worst experiences in my life. I moved into the unit with the carpets not steam cleaned, place was dirty, the microwave, dryer and oven was full of oven cleaner and the oven door fell off and shattered when I opened the door. The microwave door handle was super glued and Tim told me to duct tape the top piece of the microwave. I have lived in one of Cambridge Company's properties for two years, and I am very pleased with their services. The property manager responds very quickly to maintenance requests, answers phone calls and e-mails very promptly, and has been very fair and reasonable with me on various requests. They are very professional, and I would work with them in the future as well. As an owner my first year was great and after that communication went down the drain and I was doing way more on my end with the Cambridge Company not making the tenants follow through which caused tension and made it almost impossible to work with him. As a property manager, it is his job to be a good calm when being the middle man between owner and tenants but because the Cambridge Company gave me little communication, it made it hard to know who was at fault for things not getting done. I experienced the worst living conditions in my life living in their property. I had to deal with mice , roaches, bedbugs, ants , neighbors on drugs and drinking. It’s like I lived under a bar with unattended children I was always concerned about.
