I’ve lived here for three years, so I’ve seen it all. Rent keeps going up every 6 months to a year, but don’t expect any upgrades or improvements. This is very much a “you get what you pay for” situation. The property manager is rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. Other reviews say the same. Customer service is basically nonexistent unless you catch one of the assistant managers, who change constantly. The current one is great, hopefully she lasts.
