It's OK Could be a lot better. The tile floors are not appealing. The new renovations helped some but the kitchen areas still look homely. Definitely don't stay longer than a year. The neighbors are loud and smoke a lot as well. Rent wasn't too high at first, but with the renovations we are now paying a premium price for a sub par product. The price and locale are really the two major drawbacks of these apartments.
