I highly recomend this practice. The director has been my therapist for about 8 years. I have been able to geow tremendously with her guidance. There are also a ton of different programs and therapys offered here. If you are looking at the negative reviews, consider that people that have a bad day are more prone to write a bad review and the amount of good experiences don't get the reviews they deserve. I highly recomend this practice!!

If I could give 10 stars for The Calm Space I would! From the moment I walked in I knew why it is called The Calm Space! I have been in therapy for several years and I was stuck. I heard about this place and I have made so much progress. My therapist in my opinion is a life saver. The office is so inviting and the staff is outstanding! If you are stuck in your journey and are looking for a wonderful place, look no further!
Highly don’t recommend
The Calm Space is the most supportive practice I’ve been to in the many years I sought therapy on and off. They have a plethora of therapists who have varying specialties, modalities & options. All of their policies are clear and reasonable. The progress that I’ve made with this practice is exponential, I will forever be grateful. Rebecca specifically has been an amazing therapist & support. I’ve recommended the Calm Space to several people & I will continue to.
