Spent 7 hours moving my daughter out and personally cleaning her apartment, including refrigerator, microwave, etc only to have them charge the 4 girls $320 upon move out for paint and a new coffee table. Mind you, I took a video of the entire apartment upon exit and there is no problem with the coffee table. I was extremely disappointed after spending as much money as we did in monthly rent.
