Extremely overpriced. Don’t respond to service requests in a timely fashion at all. Building got infested with gnats for multiple weeks and AC broke. Would suggest living in villas on rio for any UT freshman. Only positive was I enjoyed the social circle I made in callaway. The “meal plan” is unsatisfactory considering how expensive it is.
I honestly didn’t want to leave here because I thought it would be too loud and crazy. The building is definitely active and loud but the community is great. The management, CAs and maintenance team is great. The management addresses any problems very quickly whether it’s a resident issue or they can get maintenance to repair the issue very quickly.
