I am strongly disappointed with the quality of service provided by the community management team. I solicited an appointment since last Tuesday and no one took my calls. Since we had strong intentions of our son living here with his friends, we went ahead and submitted an application on Thursday even though we hadnt yet toured. I ended up requesting to schedule an appointment through their website for Saturday and still had no response. Isabelle gave us an amazing tour. She was awesome and so knowledgeable. Isabelle was so well spoken and gave so much useful information. We highly recommend her!
Yareli provided us with a fabulous tour. She spent significant time with us and explained all of the incredible amenities that exist within The Callaway House. She also was a wealth of information on all topics related to UT, social life, Greek life, clubs, all activities, etc. We are now sold on Callaway as the place to be for our daughter!
Isabelle did a great job for our family. Great information and answered all our questions.
