Update 8/19: I've added two more stars to my review. Callaway responded to me here and the branch manager reached out to me too. I appreciate that; it shows they do care and I'm confident that the issues I and other reviewers raised are being addressed. I look forward to a return of the excellence service Callaway has provided in the past! I don't know what happened, this was once a great bank with fantastic staff who provided top notch service. I don't know what happened, this was once a great bank with fantastic staff who provided top notch service. Over the past few years the service has become mediocre. Closing the lobby is a major inconvenience and the service at the drive through varies from mediocre to terrible. A week ago the drive through was closed when I arrived to make a deposit - I assume there was a technical glitch or a staffing issue...
