Once upon a time, my girlfriend and I were moving out of our old (terribly managed) apartments. We came to the Californian, and while our initial plan to get one of the bungalows fell through, the management went out of their way to help us get a place of our own that matched our needs, almost two years later and we're still very happy with where we are. Great apartments, friendly staff, very close to campus! Would definitely recommend to SFA STUDENTS!
I have had my eyes on these apartments since I moved to Nac and now that I finally live here I have no regrets and it has gone above my level of expectation for an apt complex. The staff are always friendly, I never worry about my packages being delivered, they are super pet friendly, they have multiple washers and dryers on location, safe environment, great location next to campus and everything else in town and on top of that there is a clean salt water pool and an entire park as your backyard.
