They like to over book and steal deposits, stay away cause one minute you have an apartment and the next you’re out a deposit, place to live, and all a month before move in. Fantastic, y’all suck
RecommendedI have lived at the Californian for a couple months now and I really like it! The one bedroom apartment is perfect for one person and the pool is very nice! It's also very nice living so close to campus where I can save money on a parking pass! I highly recommend living here.
My family and I lived in these apartments for 3 years, we miss living there. The price was a little high compared to some of the other apartments in town, but it is definitely worth it. Management and maintenance were fantastic. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in the middle of nac.
I honestly miss living here. It was a little more expensive than other apartments in nacogdoches but it was worth it. It’s like living in an actual apartment complex and they don’t have constant weird events that just waste paper by shoving flyers onto doors, if they make a mistake they own up to it instead of pushing blame onto tenants, and they’re always working on making it an actual improved apartment.
