I ordered a Last Minute Cake for a birthday with less than an hour before the bakery closed. It was delivered with a birthday wish beautifully written on top of a gorgeous cake that was delicious. Top notch! thank you for making the night special
Ordered a gender reveal cake and asked for it to say “Coming September 2025” this was not only for a gender reveal, but for a photo shoot as well. Disappointed to say that when the cake was picked up by a third person that didn’t know it was to have a message written. When we gathered saw a blank cake. Photo shoot ruined. Called them and all I got was a weak sorry from management. With so many places to choose from I chose them. Never again!
The baked goods I've had from here have been consistently of high quality. However, I had a somewhat irritating customer service experience yesterday. I went to pick up a cake yesterday on Christmas Eve; was initially told to pick it up between 10 am and 12 pm. I called the morning before arriving, and was told it would be ready by noon.
