Ordered a gender reveal cake and asked for it to say “Coming September 2025” this was not only for a gender reveal, but for a photo shoot as well. Disappointed to say that when the cake was picked up by a third person that didn’t know it was to have a message written. When we gathered saw a blank cake. Photo shoot ruined. Called them and all I got was a weak sorry from management. With so many places to choose from I chose them. Never again!
The baked goods I've had from here have been consistently of high quality. However, I had a somewhat irritating customer service experience yesterday. I went to pick up a cake yesterday on Christmas Eve; was initially told to pick it up between 10 am and 12 pm. I called the morning before arriving, and was told it would be ready by noon. Main Street Bakery & Catering is amazing! Their food is incredible, especially their quesabirrias - the best I've had (as an official Mexican-born and raised). Luz and Marco are fantastic owners, and their service is top-notch. I highly recommend them for both catering and their delicious bakery items. I know Marco and Luz personally, and I can vouch for their dedication to quality.
