Late minute decision to have a party and we were able to stop by and get an awesome specialty cake- pistachio with almond cream - that was loved by all and plenty of choices for cupcakes that were so moist and the only complaint was too many choices! Thanks so much!
Cakes may be delicious but customer service non existent. Went in today to get help on a Princess birthday cake. The employee pointed out a table where there were books of cake pictures. The books were sticky and falling apart and that was it. No one ever came back to see how l was doing or offer any help. Three employees working that I could see, phone never rang and there was no one else in the store. Apparently their conversation with each other was more important than waiting on customers. The Cake Lady made a Birthday Cake for my mom's 90th birthday party. It was a very large gathering of family and friends. It was used as desert. Not a crumb was left. People were amazed at the beauty, taste of the cake and frosting. We come from a family that had a bakery. My mom was the only cake decorator there for over 35 years. She knew her different frosting and different types of cake. She was so very pleased with her cake. She said that this cake was a labor of love and it was outstanding.
