I absolutely love their cupcakes. I ordered a dozen for my wife's birthday and you would have thought I gave her diamonds. They were moist, delicious, and the flavor combos were impressive! I have started giving them out as thank you gifts! Try the Key Lime, it's ridiculous!
Unsatisfied - Feb 19, 2012 If I could have given zero stars I would have. This is the worst "bakery" in el paso. Their website is full of false advertisements...pictures of cakes stolen from other websites. This business is NOT a reputable one by any means. They don't have any professional or even experienced bakers/ decorators. I'm so embarrassed by te cake they made for me that I won't even be taking it to my sons birthday party. WORST business EVER!!
The CupCakes are great and unique! So that's the only reason why I give them 2 Stars they were good and moist the frosting was great but the workers are real snobby and think there all hot sh't they gave us ugly looks we have a nice car and are pretty classy I don't know when we walked in no "Hello or Hi" we had to talk to them first. Would I recommend coming here no.
They were horrible, I ordered the cake for a special occasion and I was so embarrassed by the finished product because I had high confidence they could do a good job. I had taken a picture of it and they didn't produce what I asked for. When i went to pick up the cake it was missing parts that we had requested we wanted on the cake. DO NOT even ask about there services, it is a waste of time and money!!! If you want to be embarrassed showing up on a special occasion with a bad looking cake go ahead. But I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. We also ordered a cake with a picture that showed what we wanted, they said they could do it and guess what, it was a flop!!! First of all, it didn't look like the picture, they didn't even put it in a box, it flipped over before we even got home with it and it was melted, all the parts started falling off.... read more
VERY BAD...dried out cake and flavorless! Thumbs down for sure...pictures were given of what we wanted...and they produced something totally different oh but wait this gets better..they offered me a discout of 8%..i paid $120 for this cake ..a whopping $9 off for this horrible tasting cake! NEVER AGAIN
This place is the worst. I ordered a cake and they did not even make it. They seemed like they could care less that the cake was not done. The customer service is really bad. The cakes are grossly over priced. The fact they don't seem to have any customers speaks volumes. Learn from my mistake. Save your money and time. Stay away from this place. I only gave them one star because it would not let me give them zero stars.
