“Never disappointed when I stop at cake boutique’s. We’ve got birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies and novelty cakes there over the years, it’s all fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

Don't even bother going to this place for cupcakes or cakes. They are not made fresh everyday, we bought 3 cupcakes and all of them were so hard and tasteless! And to top it off expensive! Not worth your money, trust me!!! So disappointed!!!

I will never go to this place again!! Cupcakes are not made fresh daily, they were old and hard, tasteless, and just awful. Prices are ridiculous! Not recommending this place at all.

WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICE EVER!! I am a former cake designer and am currently an events coordinator so I think I have a pretty good idea on what to expect. First the cake that I received was nothing like the pic I gave. Either the decorator is color blind or just didn't care. When I saw the cake i was so horrified especially because it was a day before my event. I wanted to cry. I decided I would just return the cake and by cupcakes from Walmart. I was looking for a cake for my boyfriend and I sent an e—mail to this bakery. I gave the basic information because I kind of was on a hurry. The only answer I got from them was "how many people?" I answered back but never got anything else although i sent them multiple e—mails. What do they even have an e—mail if they won't answer back? They don't really care. This place does not know how to do business. We ordered food from them for a baby shower. It was over an hour late for the pick up time we had decided upon. The food got there after the guests. Then the food was not as it had been decided upon. Some of the cupcakes were missing decorations and the cake topper we had gotten was the same way. They offered only a few free macaroons as a sorry. I will never use this business again and I will tell everyone I now not to.

After an extensive search of the city for not only a visually pleasing cake but also wanting a tasty and moist cake, I came upon The Cake Boutique. I met with the owner and had a very good experience with her. She made me feel like she was going to do the best job for me and believe me, she delivered. Not only was the cake a beautiful work of art, but the cake itself was the best i have ever tasted. Do not go here. The service was unbelievably horrible. We placed an order, went to pick it up at the scheduled time and they said they didn't have the ingredients and didn't have time to make it. we asked to speak to someone else and they didn't even apologize or offer any other available dessert we could get. So rude, no accountability for providing a reliable service. Zero chance I go back or refer anyone there.
