[Current Review] I am temporarily reducing my 5-star review to 3 stars. I currently have a situation where the living room carpet is old and buckling, which may be escalated to a safety hazard. Communication has not been satisfactory so far. My review may change depending on how well this issue is resolved. You won’t find a better deal than the Cairns in SLU per square foot. Yes, as buildings wear, maintenance becomes necessary. Water shutoffs can get annoying, but real estate maintenance is a business after all. The maintenance crew is practically on call. I would much rather spend 1000 dollars less for my 2 bedroom here than at another cookie-cutter location with useless amenities.
