Rey has been very helpful and professional with maintenance requests at Cairns Apartments.
Sam helped me a lot during the lease signing. She took time to listen to my preferences, gave me options, and put my needs first. Jack assisted me in move-in. All instructions were clear and he accomodated my arrival date/time changes. The house was super clean and the move in was very smooth. All my questions were answered fast, within minutes. Overall this is a well maintained building in a good location!
This place has a really loud, broken trash compressor. It will keep you up. Word on the street is people are moving out because of it.
The maintenance team at the Cairns is wonderful. Any issue I've had has been fixed that day. They are all kind, efficient, and excellent at what they do. Especially Dong and Feriz. They are an asset to this company, and should be recognized for their dedication and hard work. I love living at the Cairns, and can't recommend them enough.
5 stars for Feriz, Thao, and Reynante! They were professional, efficient, and arrived right on schedule. They worked together perfectly as a team and ensured the service was handled with care. It’s hard to find this level of dedication and high-quality service these days. Thank you for the great experience!
