Free rent for 2 months is desperate. No thanks. If it is such a "great" place with "great" service then why give it away? Free rent does not attract or appeal to the neighbors i want. Sorry i am not a staff member giving a fake, phony, fantastic, review. Best to you all. Now its time to get your staff to write some phenomenal reviews. Time and each ones experience will tell.
From the moment that I toured with Jen and Emily, I've felt welcome here. The entire staff here truly goes above and beyond to accommodate their tenants. The facilities are top notch, incredible amenities, and I cannot say enough about the customer service by the friendly staff. Bottom line - The Cadence is an incredible property in THE BEST neighborhood... a great place to call home!
Staff is super nice! Love the location! Can't wait to tour!
