I would NOT choose the Cadence Apartment Complex to live for many reasons. When I came across the Cadence, I thought this is the place to live, great location, decent amenities, etc. When I started to ask Jordyn (Cadence renting employee) questions about the cost, rent, etc., it seemed as if I was being a bothersome asking questions about the property, fees, etc. First, I thought she may just be busy but, she continued to seem annoyed by me calling and trying to rent an apa...Continue Reading
I️ really enjoy living at The Cadence. Jordan is who a leasing representative is always very helpful and makes you feel you can ask anything. I️ needed help setting up the call box feature and she walked me through every step. They have so many awesome things like the Nest cooling and heating system and the call box where you can actually see when your visitors arrive. This is a great safety feature. Home sweet home is all I can say!!! Would happily suggest The Cadence as a place of residence!
We've been living in The Cadence now for 3 months, and we are very happy. Perfect for a couple, great location and very friendly staff! We love that you guys organized so many events and stuff for us! That really help us to connect with the community. The gym is so cool and I definitely love the clubhouse. We are so glad we were accepted. You got us, I'm so happy to be part of The Cadence!
Perfect place to live, work and play!! The views are AMAZING!!
