Really disappointed with my experience with Kiera today. She was snappy and clearly stressed towards the end of the appointment, which made the whole experience super uncomfortable. Partway through she told me I should’ve booked more time because what I wanted “needed longer,” even though the stylist I normally see does my hair in around 3 hours. I made an appointment with Keira at this salon. Honestly, I found her service and work incredible. The attention was excellent. She's very kind and really good at what she does. I highly recommend her! Update: after two times went to go cabinet salon with Frederic for Keratins definitely this salon it’s amazing, the last treatment Frederic made me leave my hair shining and healthy, Hailey had an amazing job cutting my hair thank u so much guys, definitely these salon is one of the best in Toronto :)
Next time while taking appointments please ask customers needed information. That will be helpful for customers who come there, without having much experience. Really disappointed.
