I'm a realtor who called on behalf of my clients. I asked for a sample lease and to find out what the penalties are for breaking a lease early. Whoever the lady was on the other side of this conversation was instantly rude and unhelpful. She would not even let me explain why I was requesting this information and she hung up on me. 1300 a month for a hole in the ceiling and mold growing in the walls and a landlord who doesn't care about people's well being. Spent my whole time here in and out of the hospital trying to figure out why. Not worth it!
Love this place, neighbors are friendly and enjoy the indoor garden. Garden patio very nice in the winter time and heated for the tropical plants. Close to downtown, bike trails and nice strip mall in the back for quick errands or drink at Teresa's!
If I could rate this lower, I would. Debbie is HORRIBLE as a landlord! If you have a conversation with her that lasts longer than 15 seconds, you're lucky...and I'm not exaggerating. What she charges is outrageous for the conditions these apartments are in. The only reason the atrium looks as nice as it does is due to a tenant tending to it, and he doesn't even get paid to keep it looking that nice. She'll park her truck in the fire lane, but don't you get caught doing the same, even for a few minutes. There no signage, the ... read more
