I can't say enough about how awesome it was working with Hannah and the C4 Real Estate team! Buying from out of state was daunting, but Hannah went above and beyond in driving all over the valley to see different locations and make us feel informed and comfortable throughout the process!
My experience happened about 2 years ago but I felt like I should reflect and leave a review. I purchased a home with Aaron Tena and unbeknownst to us the home was on septic. All of the contracts, disclosures, and information we received said the home was in public sewer. Immediately when we moved in there were terrible plumbing issues and thousands of dollars later I had to hire a lawyer to go after the previous seller.
