I don’t live here but I walk my child to school every single day and evening and have to pass by. That little faux grass situation that they have in the back is absolutely disgusting! Your tenants are not cleaning up after their dogs. The least you could have is a real patch of grass to actually absorb the urine but to not enforce picking up after their tenants dogs is extremely inconsiderate to passersby such as my family who walk this path everyday. I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s videos online of a guy who patrols the parking lot and is extremely rude to people. Booting their cars and insulting them. Unless you want to get treated terribly I’d highly recommend you avoid this place. Can’t believe they hire people who act so unprofessional.

I’ve stayed here for 2 years now. This is the first apartment complex I have ever renewed with. Jay is the best office manager and plans the best resident events. Joshua is the best maintenance guy and handles all request within 2 business days. We have never had a single bug in our apartment and the community is dog friendly. I've been living at the Byron going on (2) years it is centrally located a few minutes walk to the heart of Midtown and a few minute walk to downtown Atlanta. The management is super responsive and it is very affordable for the amenities offered they offer gated parking. A fitness center and a coffee bar as well as a nice resident lounge. I would definitely recommend The Byron on Peachtree if you are looking for an affordable apartment, that is close to restaurants, bars and the Fox Theatre.
