We had our lambs processed here, and the Burdicks did an incredible job. Haley even shrink-wrapped all our cuts, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier!
These people are an awesome family and honest business owners. I have processed deer with them as well as they have hired my company to work for them. They are always friendly, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them for all your processing needs. They are also always accommodating where most other processing companies can’t be. Purchased a pig at the end of show season and had The Butcher TX handle the processing. Haley was beyond helpful in assisting us in what cuts and packaging to choose from. She was extremely professional and we had everything double packaged and in the freezer within a couple of weeks! Would highly recommend their services! Will definitely use them again this coming year.
