RecommendedLove eating at this place, the butchers really know their stuff, and can get you weird cuts. I like some of the farmer exclusive stuff. I usually get half beef, but sometimes I just want cuts, and this is a good place for them!
Best stuff in Chicago. The butcher and the rancher unite to bring you food as it was made to be enjoyed.
Rob, Jimmy, and everybody who is behind the meat counter has never given me a bad recommendation. They are the most friendly people and have helped me out numerous times with family and firehouse dinners. I will not go anywhere else to get meat. Keep up good work !
