I had a very disappointing experience with this notary office today. I’ve been there before and know that the owners speak Spanish. This morning I called to ask a simple question in Spanish, and the man who answered claimed he didn’t speak Spanish. I switched to English immediately, but he hung up on me without explanation. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. I speak fluent English, so language wasn’t the issue I just felt more comfortable asking the question in Spanish.
