Visiting Chaz is always such a delight! I have been a client of his for a couple of years now, and he always knows exactly what I want, gives me the best wash and cut, and is also such a genuinely nice person.
If I could give the Burrow 6 stars, I would. I worked with Ryan and Chaz and both are absolutely wonderful. Yesterday Chaz was more than wonderful - he stayed an extra hour just because I made a small note of what I‘d like to have done next time (even though I was already happy with the result) - just so I do need to wait for the next time. Both Ryan and Chaz are also very kind and sweet people, and going to the Burrow is a special treat that always lifts my spirits.
Had a fantastic haircut with Chaz. Chaz listened to what I wanted, chatted through the idea for my haircut, and executed perfectly. Chaz was also really warm & nice to chat with.
I can’t say enough good things about Enders! I have super thick hair, and it’s always been a challenge to find someone who can cut it in a way that actually suits my face. But he really got it right. I went in for a full keratin treatment and a cut, and he made me feel so comfortable the whole time. He even stayed late on a Friday night to make sure everything was perfect, but it didn’t feel rushed at all—we had a great time chatting.
