I’ve given them 3 tries and have been disappointed every time. The burritos are big but I have a sneaky suspicion that the chicken in my burrito came from a can. Come for the margaritas but don’t bother eating the food.

Yall need to train your servers. A poor child is burned because of the incompetence in your staff. You dont take a scalding hot bowl to an ADULT LET ALONE A TODDLER. 🙄😡
Horrible service. The food is like a horrible version of Taco Bell. You can forget about getting water with your meal even after asking 3 times. We have attempted to give this place multiple chances. Our first visit was when the delta park location was still open and their food hasn't changed a bit. Their reasonings for the food being different is just an excuse for their lousy food.
Untrained staff and terrible customer service. This place failed to train their staff how to appropriately serve scolding hot soup. They also failed to apologize to the family of the poor little girl who got 2nd and 3rd degree burns because of something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I definitely do not recommend this place. What’s even worse is the family had to STILL pay for their meals even though they were being rushed to Randals children hospital. How disgusting.
My granddaughter was burned tonight at this horrible place! The server put a scalding bowl of soup on the table in front of a baby! The child grabbed it and before we knew it it spilled on her mama and on the baby’s leg which is in a cast and in went inside the cast! She’s now at Randall children’s hospital and has to go to the burn unit! Oh and yes they charged for the full meal despite the fact none of it was even eaten! We will never go there again!!
Let me tell you something. You are scared to try food places in the Saint Helen's and Scappoose area because they are all the same? Well let me tell you the Burrito House is head and shoulders above the rest in this area. We will be back, for the good service, nice drinks, and good food.
