I live in Ramona and i have a very picky 4-pound Chihuahua who hates getting her nails clipped by people.. My zoey love is always excited and loves the way that the staff members handle my dog and Clip her nails. I highly recommend them to anybody the staff is kind caring and considerate and they are there for the animals not for the money. And always do an exceptional job... such an awesome sauce place�
Sebastian has been going to Lynn since he was 3 months and he's 9 years old now, and I still would not trust my baby with anyone else. Even my daughter would not trust her little doggie (my 4 legged grand baby ) with anyone else either!
Lynn has been my groomer for years and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.. Her staff and her doing amazing job and her shop is my go to place for pet food and supplies
The Buried Bone has the nicest employees...always smiling, which shows they care about all our fur babies! My dogs were overdue to be groomed, but I just couldn't find time in my week. I spontaneously called for an appointment at Buried Bone when I had a meeting cancellation, and they worked both my dogs into their schedule to be groomed. Great service!
I made an appointment for noon and was told she wasn't listed but they took her any way. Asked how long it would be and was told an hour and a half maybe 45 minutes so I go to pick Bella up at 2:15 and was told the other groomer was sick and left about an hour ago. OK so why not a courtesy call saying what had happen and it would take long but nothing. I didn't complain about the time she came back with a nick on her leg. Why wasn't another groomer called in.
