Service was slow and lously food wasent much better. I ordered biscuits and gravy they said they were out of gravy. How is this possibility your a bakery so if you have flower and milk guess what you have freakin gravy.

The service was very poor from waiting to be seated to having to flag down the server for refills.I ordered the classic and substituted normal toast for raisin toast it came to the table half burnt and when the check came I was over charged for the substitution the menu said $1.25 and the bill was $1.89 and when I asked about it the response the J 1 gave me was "it must be a typo" when I insisted the bill be corrected she did it with attitude. Honest one of the best breakfast spots I've ever been to, the Jackson Benedict was delicious and the O.S.M. Pancakes are to die for... We visited last April(2016) on our honeymoon and I honestly dream about these pancakes, from the real syrup to the great food and service I was not disappointed. Was expensive but that is expected in a tourist type town like Jackson.
We had a hamburger and a chicken sandwich and a coffee cake and eggs...for 53 bucks it was not worth it. The hamburger had absolutely no seasoning and the chicken sandwich was comparable to Wendy's. The coffee cake was really good.
