Woke up Wednesday to cockroaches crawling all over my front door, the patio and patio walls. I called the front office to see if they could do anything about this situation and they said that pest control could go and spray on TUESDAY!! I ask them what they think i should do with the cockroaches until then the lady in the front said use bug spray and pick them up! For $1200 that i pay every month I expect something to be done about stuff like this immediately!! My dog barks for more than 5 mins and there they are calling me ... read more

Horrible experience front ladies very unprofessional , property manager rude and unprofessional , and owner/ investor also doesn’t care , we reached out to all 3 regarding a serious issue and they really didn’t show any concern nor did they help .
I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great and always available which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome, the landscaping is my favorite, and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.
